Our Goals
Our core goals for the charity
To provide detoxification options for those who are addicted and who want to be free
To help people who are free from substance abuse to be rehabilitated and integrated back into society
To provide ongoing support and mentoring for people at every stage of their struggle with substance abuse

Where we are
Our base is in the borough of St Helens, though we are able to work throughout most of Merseyside to wherever there are people who need our services and who we are able to reach.
Our Charity Shops are located in Newton-le-Willows and Liverpool, with the Newton-le-Willows shop being the centre from which we operate our Mobile Skate Park.
The Skate Park can be packed up and towed behind a vehicle. We are able to set it up anywhere within a radius of 30 miles or so. All we need is a suitable surface with permission to use it.
How are We Structured
At present, the charity consists of four activity areas:
Charity Shops, which are the charity’s primary source of income
Mobile Skate Park that particularly concentrates on reaching young people and steering them away from substance abuse or any other form of anti-social activities
Mentoring Service, which offers the guidance, encouragement and support to help avoid addiction taking hold in the first place and to help others overcome their addictions and regain their lives.
Bicycle Repair Facility, which is currently in the development stage.
It is intended to complement the Mobile Skate Park and also offer meaningful employment to vulnerable people, including those who are overcoming addictions in their lives.
Our vision is to establish this facility as a permanent workshop.

Contact us
The primary contact point for any of Project Freedom’s services is the main Charity Shop in Newton-le-Willows. Alternatively you can call in our Liverpool shop.
Staff members at either of our shops may be able to help you directly but, if not, they will put you in touch with someone who can help.
